Kate Middleton, Duchess Of Cambridge: Prince George Secret Is Out The Bag
Australian incoming governor-general Peter Cosgrove met with the Queen at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday ahead of the royal tour planned for April and reportedly went over details of the trip, some of which he discussed with reporters later including whether little George will be heading Down Under as well.
According to The New Zealand Herald he said: "They'll bring with them Prince George, the little one.
"They'll be in Sydney and then in Canberra after their sojourn in New Zealand."
"I hope he's coming," he said.
After realising he might have said a little too much, he back peddled when he was asked if baby George was officially confirmed for the trip, he said: "I don't know - I'm not yet the governor-general.
"I think every Aussie who likes the idea of royal couples having their children with them on tour will hope that's the case, but let's wait and see."
When asked by Clarence House about Mr Cosgrove's comments, a spokesperson commented: "We won't be commenting on Australian media reports. There will be an announcement about further details in the future."
Ouch, looks like someone needs to watch their tongue.
Kate and Wills will be heading to Australia and New Zealand in April this year with apparently the chances of Prince George tagging along - pretty high.
