Kate Middleton

Prince William left a voicemail for Kate Middleton telling her he had almost been shot on a training exercise, the phone-hacking trial has heard.

The jury has heard messages left by the prince for his then girlfriend in 2006.

He was in officer training at Sandhurst at the time.

In another message played to the court, he said he was going "beagling", or hunting with dogs, and invited his future wife to go with him.
