Victoria and David Beckham were invited to Kate and William's royal wedding in 2011 but it seems the ladies weren't close until the celebrity royals moved back to the UK after years in the US. David and William are known to already be on friendly terms thanks to the 2012 Olympic bid and the failed FIFA World Cup 2018 bid.

According to insiders the women having been getting closer and what must be the poshest friendships ever, have been swapping tips on managing their busy careers and families.

"The Beckhams and William and Kate are becoming very close and regularly discuss everything from parenting to decorating. Kate and Victoria have a lot in common as they both adore art and interior design," a source reportedly told British magazine Star.

"William and David enjoy discussing sport and bonding over being dads, and Kate and Victoria talk about fashion, design and parenting."

Well it wouldn't be too much of a surprise if the ladies were BFFs, Victoria, after all sat on a throne when she married David Beckham over a decade ago, so already considers herself royalty.

We wonder if daughter Harper will become a playmate for Prince George? The future king enjoyed his first Christmas with his family this year at Sandringham. Kate and Wills arrived hand and hand at church on Christmas morning, leaving George at home.

According to The Mirror, Kate told well-wishers the six month old was enjoying the day. Cicely Howard, 75, from Great Yarmouth said: "She told me he was having a lovely day but was more interested in the wrapping paper than the presents."

While William was heard to add: "We've had a good morning with George and I can't wait until next year when he's bigger."
