Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio said Sunday people worldwide have been touched by his daughter Chiara's Christmas Eve video opening up about her struggles with drug and alcohol abuse. "Since it was released, people all over the country, people all over the world, have responded to it," de Blasio said Sunday. "I have been so gratified by particularly parents who have talked about why it meant a lot to them to have a strong young person talk about her struggle openly."
