When Kate Middleton arrived to Westminster Abbey to marry Prince William on April 29, 2011, onlookers couldn't take their eyes off her - or her younger sister, Pippa.

As soon as the then 27-year-old assisted Kate up the stairs, all the attention was on the beauty's flawless figure and backside in a curve-hugging Maid of Honor dress designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen.

The Internet nearly exploded with memes and headlines - and now, nearly three years later, she's poked fun at being famous for her perky butt.

"As I have found out, recognition has its upside, its downside and - you may say - its backside," the now 30-year-old party planner said at the Women in Advertising and Communications dinner in London Tuesday.

Pippa she was just "glad it fitted well" at the time, but added, "In retrospect, it fitted a little too well."

It's not the first time Prince George 's aunt addressed her famous derriere and the day it became internationally known.

"It is a bit startling to achieve global recognition before the age of 30 on account of your sister, your brother-in-law and your bottom," she said in 2012.

"One day I might be able to make sense of this. In the meantime I think it's fair to say that it has its upside and its downside."

Perhaps Pippa will yet again show off her booty - this time in a wedding dress.

The socialite, who owes her fabulous shape to tennis and triathlons, is currently in a very serious relationship with 35-year-old stockbroker Nico Jackson.
