Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge has revealed her plans for Valentine's Day and they're not with her husband. The royal mum is ditching her husband for the day and instead opening The ICAP Art Room at Northolt High School in West London.
It was confirmed today that the Duchess' second royal engagement of 2014 would be on the most romantic day of the year, by Clarence House. A statement read: "Her Royal Highness will greet staff and pupils, experience a short Art Room session, learn about how the school and the charity work together and officially open the new facility."

Kate became a royal patron for the Art Room on January 5 2012. The charity, aimed at children of school age, offer art therapy to those who are experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties.
In a statement from the charity at the time, Director and Founder Juli Beattie said: "On behalf of all of our Trustees and staff and the children and young people we support, I want to thank the Duchess for choosing The Art Room.

"It is a fantastic endorsement of the work we do and the role that art and creativity can play in helping children and young people whose start in life has been difficult."
The appearance will be the second the Duchess makes in February, following confirmation she'll be attending a gala dinner reception at the National Portrait Gallery on February 11.

Kate's calendar for 2014 is certainly filling up. The mum of one is also set to jet to Australia and New Zealand with Prince William in April, for an official tour of the Commonwealth countries.
It's expected the couple will bring along seven month old prince George for his first overseas trip.
