Kate Middleton gets emotional as Royals spend time with children at Sydney ...
Kate Middleton said she was "ready for a big sob" after an emotional hour playing with seriously ill youngsters at a Sydney hospice.
The Duchess of Cambridge spent time helping out in a music therapy session with the nine children staying at Bear Cottage on Friday afternoon.
She played a drum and also sang "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star," before Prince William returned to her side following private meetings with the infants' families.
Afterwards, she paid tribute to the work of the hospice staff in a heartfelt speech.

"The haven you have created here is inspirational, and there is so much you can share with each other as you continue to support and nurture those in your care," she said.
"It was wonderful to be here today," she added.
On leaving the hospice, she reportedly told a staff member: "'It's very inspiring but we're also ready for a big sob."
Parents of the sick children said they were "bowled over" by the Royals' compassion.
The British Royals, who are in the second week of their tour Down Under, also met Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott and his wife during the visit.
"To get this visit from Prince William and the Duchess is just extraordinary," Abbott later told gathering reporters.
