After nearly two years of dating, bliss royal couple Prince Harry and Cressida Bonas is taking a pause from their relationship. Apparently, the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton has something to do with the alleged breakup.

The couple can't seem to handle the overwhelming public pressure and Bonas struggled to deal with so much attention of being the girlfriend of one of the world's most eligible bachelors.

The 25-year-old Brit whose friends described her as "laid back" has been struggling for being tagged as a princess-in-waiting and allegedly broke up with the Prince over the weekend.

"Harry and Cressie have split. Harry wants to settle down and get married like his brother," an insider said in an interview with Showbiz Spy.

"But Cressie is still young and had huge reservations about marrying into the royal family."

It was only the previous month that the royal couple was in an official engagement for the first time since they got together. Many people took it as a sign that were getting stronger as a couple and talks about a royal engagement flooded the net, but it all ended after The Telegraph confirmed about their breakup.

"Harry's hoping she'll change her mind, but for now the romance is very much off. Cressida wants to slow things down," the source added.

Another reason for the breakup was apparently Prince William's wife Kate Middleton whose lifestyle scared Bonas away. Marrying the prestigious clan is not just a walk in a park and she definitely knows what she's getting herself into.

"Cressida has spoken to Kate Middleton about the expectations that come with being a part of the royal family and how unbelievably busy she is...Kate's been honest about her struggles and it's been a lot for Cressida to process," revealed the source in an interview posted on Enstars.

Hailed as the top British celebrity style icon for this year's poll, Kate has become the people's favorite and no doubt living up the expectation of being royal as she celebrates her third wedding anniversary. The 29-year-old Prince is feeling the pressure to get married now that he is almost 30. The Queen herself wants him to find a wife and settle down.

Prince Harry is currently attending an event for wounded soldiers at a training camp in Tidworth, Wiltshire as part of his royal duties.
